CNC processing is advantageous due to its various features. Although CNC processing can ensure higher productivity and fewer errors compared to traditional processing, quality inspection remains an indispensable part of the manufacturing process. Quality control and inspection are carried out at all stages of the processing. Moreover, quality assurance is an important aspect here, which is different from quality control. Quality assurance refers to the quality inspection process set by organizations and authorized institutions. This also includes relevant documents. Therefore, we can say that quality assurance is the establishment of processes and documents, while quality control is implemented periodically or as required. Quality control is an important aspect in every industry - whether it is products, parts, processes, tools, or machines. Regardless of the industry, product quality is the most important. To meet customer expectations, trade standards, and industry regulations, we use different measuring instruments and tools to control the quality of CNC processed parts produced in our machining workshop.
1. Machine tool accuracy test: In this mode, check the alignment and movement accuracy of the machine tool. Check various other parameters, such as the direction of the spindle, the support, the axis line, etc. The spindle should be perpendicular to the worktable. The angle and curvature of the axis must be accurate. Check the linear axis.
2. Part or product testing: In this mode, the dimensions and positions of the parts are inspected. This also includes checking parameters such as alignment, surface smoothness and shape. Size and geometric tolerances must also be checked according to requirements or applications.
3. Process Monitoring: This involves checking the process steps at each stage to prevent errors related to the process, which could result in defective products or unnecessary manufacturing delays. The product life cycle has different stages, starting from conception or ideation. Then there are design, feasibility study, analysis, pilot production stage, testing, mass production, etc. The quality inspection here covers all aspects.
4. Processing and Inspection: All our processed parts undergo quality control to ensure high precision and accuracy. We pay attention to details and customer satisfaction, so an independent inspection department can conduct consistent inspections on each part to ensure that the products are of high quality and precision.
