This client is from the United States. Their company mainly designs and develops unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) products, which are mainly applied in fields such as aerial photography, emergency rescue, and logistics delivery. The client has a requirement for processing an aluminum alloy UAV accessory. The initial sample quantity is not large. If the sample is qualified, there will be a small batch processing demand.
Customer Requirements:
1.Product features: Made of 6061 aluminum alloy material, there are also certain requirements for the product weight.
2. Technical Requirements: The precision must reach ±0.01mm. The surface of the appearance must be free of burrs, flash, and obvious tool marks, etc. The surface needs to undergo sandblasting and anodic oxidation treatment.
3. Production cycle: The customer is quite urgent about the delivery time. The sample-making time is only 4 days.
