Customer Background:
The client is a leading domestic manufacturer of agricultural pest control drones. With an annual production capacity exceeding 5,000 units, these drones are mainly used for pesticide spraying in large-scale farmlands. Due to long-term operation in high-temperature, high-humidity and dusty environments, the client has set extremely high requirements for the heat dissipation performance, corrosion resistance and structural stability of the motor mounts.
Customer Requirements:
1.Product features: Material: 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, Weight: Each piece ≤ 200g (Lightweight design)
2. Technical Requirements: Before anodizing, add sandblasting (120 mesh quartz sand). Anodized surface is red (film thickness 25 μm, no corrosion in salt spray test for 96 hours)
3. Production cycle: Prototype trial production: 5 days; Mass production: 15 days, delivering 300 pieces (with a qualification rate of 99.6%)
Project outcomes and feedback:
After the customer received the product and carried out the assembly process, the actual measured vibration value of the motor decreased from 0.8mm/s to 0.3mm/s. During continuous operation for 8 hours, the temperature rise was reduced by 15℃. The customer then designated our company as a first-level supplier and signed an agreement to purchase 5,000 pieces.
