Customer Background: 

The client is a professional manufacturer of medical equipment. Each medical device requires a large number of parts to be processed, and the precision requirements are quite high. The client sent the drawings of one of the products for evaluation. Previously, they also sought the services of other manufacturers, but the quality of the products produced did not meet the requirements. Later, they contacted us at Chenju Precision for processing. 

Customer Requirements: 

1.Product features: The material is made of stainless steel. It is processed using a CNC lathe and the surface must be smooth without any burrs. 

2. Technical requirements: The precision must reach ±0.005mm. 

3. Production cycle: 5 samples will be produced in the initial stage, and the delivery time is within 3 days. 

Project outcomes and feedback: 

After receiving the samples, the customer conducted tests on various indicators and found that all of them met the requirements specified in the drawings. The customer intends to place an order for 1,000 pieces with our Chenju Precision for their satisfaction. Meeting the customer’s satisfaction is the goal that Chenju Precision strives for.
