Currently, it has developed an automotive part product and is in the testing stage. It needs to produce samples for verification and to test the appearance, size, and structure of the part to ensure that the design is reasonable.
Customer Requirements:
Product features: Made of 6 series aluminum alloy material, surface roughness: 3.2 μM.
2. Technical Requirements: This is a newly developed product. The customer has very strict requirements regarding precision, with a processing error of ±0.01mm.
3. Production cycle: The sample production cycle is completed within 5 days, and the processing cycle for a 500-piece small batch order is completed within 20 days.
Project outcomes and feedback:
After receiving the samples, the customer immediately carried out assembly and testing. The processed sample pieces all met the customer’s requirements.
